Whether you live here, work here, or come here to visit, it's easy to see why Overlook enjoys a special distinction as one of Connecticut's most interesting and attractive urban neighborhoods.

The Historic Overlook Community Club is a volunteer organization whose mission is to preserve and enhance the unique beauty and residential character of the neighborhood. Founded in the 1950s, our membership consists of about 500 neighbors who count on HOCC for information, for advocacy and for ways to socialize with other neighbors.
